In the fall of 2021, we discovered these apartments, which were in an advanced state of degradation but still retained the historic medieval charm of the old city. Located 20 meters from the Big Square, the Small Square, and the Council Tower, the building is a historic monument dating from the 15th, 17th, and 18th centuries but had been neglected over the years.
Out of a desire to preserve and conserve the medieval and traditional spirit, we undertook a project of such magnitude, confident and eager to revive the old features of the building and harmoniously blend them with modern elements of today.
Both on the exterior and especially on the interior, the furnishings, amenities, and design have been subtly combined between old and new.
